The division’s new name, Precision Thin Metals, or PTM, better reflects the strategic role PTM’s thin and ultra-thin specialty alloys play in high-efficiency motors, generators, batteries and emerging technologies that require lighter, smaller and more efficient system designs. Arnold will officially unveil the rebrand at the CWIEME Coil Winding Expo in Berlin, Germany next week.
