Rochester, NY. (May 19, 2016) – Arnold Magnetic Technologies announced today that it will present technological advancements in the manufacture of it’s record-breaking magnetic material at the International Conference on Magnetism and Metallurgy, held in Rome, Italy,  June 13-15 2016.

Arnold's Director of Technology, Steve Constantinides, will be a featured speaker on "The Power of Magnetic Metals: Praseodymium, Dysprosium, & Neodymium." The panel is part of the 5th Annual Cleantech & Technology Metals Summit: Invest in the Cleantech Revolution, taking place May 10 - 11 in Toronto, Canada.

Chicago, Ill. (Sept. 10, 2015) – Arnold Magnetic Technologies announced today that it will present a cost and performance analysis of different motor topologies at The Battery Show and Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo in Novi, Mich.

Arnold's Engineering Manager, Aaron Williams, will take part in a panel session on electric and hybrid automotive technologies during the show. As a panelist, Williams will discuss Arnold’s performance materials and high speed motor designs used for applications such as electric turbocharging of vehicles.

Steve Constantinides, Arnold’s Director of Technology, recently gave the Keynote Presentation at the Magnetics 2016 conference in Jacksonville, FL. Entitled, “Market Outlook for Ferrite, Rare Earth and Other Permanent Magnets: 2015 to 2025”, the presentation focused on different types of magnetic materials, issues surrounding the magnet supply chain, magnet technology adaptations meeting changes in technology, and a global forecast of the rare earth market.

Chicago, IL (June 2014) -- Arnold Magnetic Technologies announced today that it has rebranded its Rolled Products division. The division’s new name, Precision Thin Metals, or PTM, better reflects the strategic role PTM’s thin and ultra-thin specialty alloys play in high-efficiency motors, generators, batteries and emerging technologies that require lighter, smaller and more efficient system designs. Arnold will officially unveil the rebrand at the CWIEME Coil Winding Expo in Berlin, Germany next week. At the show, PTM is highlighting its thin and ultra-thin silicon steels, which improve the power density of motors and transformers, as well as its ultra-thin nickel, aluminum and copper alloys, with applications in aerospace, industrial, energy storage and other industries.
